Former Ohio State quarterback Craig Krenzel is trading in his football helmet for a bike helmet to ride in this year's Pelotonia event. Pelotonia is a biking event to raise money to fight cancer. Please consider making a donation. He is sitting at $835 right now, let's see if Buckeye 50 fans and readers can push him over $1000 and beyond. Go Craig! Here is a note from Craig to support his position ......
Friends and Family,
It is that time of year again for me and thousands of others to get on our bikes and ride our tails off to beat cancer. It has been a long year, and Cancer has reared its nasty head in most of our lives yet again. It's going to stop soon! Please help us.
Last year's Pelotonia event raised over $4.5 million for cancer research in one weekend. Yes, that is correct $4.5 MILLION! So, thank you again for your donation to my ride as it played a huge part in the success of the overall event.
I am again doing the full 180 miles from Columbus to Athens and back. The weekend long ride is an inspiring event to say the least so I am excited to be riding again. This year I am riding with a team from Donatos Pizza and we are putting together a plan to hopefully raise hundreds of thousands of dollars from our team alone! It is going to be incredible.
I hate cancer. We all hate cancer. Please do what ever you can to help us fight this ugly disease. Please see the link below to donate online to the Pelotonia cause.

Thank you,
Craig Krenzel
